“I find that there are universal truths for every family, as well as individual issues specific to each family.  I have an eclectic approach, drawing on my background in psychodynamic, solution focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques and theories.  I use my training and experience to help individuals and families achieve their highest level of wellbeing and then we build onto that foundation.

I have enjoyed helping children and teens navigate the difficult years of childhood, which is not so magical for many.  I have achieved this through a variety of modalities including individual and family therapy and psycho-educational classes on topics such as: character development, self esteem, coping skill, communication skills and healthy relationships”
