Men in Transitions

Presenting a group therapy for men who are
struggling with life changes: career, family or goals.

Life can be confusing with the social, family and career pressures that impact everyone.  Men frequently have the societal pressures to be strong, directed and successful.  What happens when you aren’t sure of where you are going?  What if you aren’t feeling that strong?

This group will focus on support and helping you find your direction! We will highlight questions about how to cope with stress, how to set and achieve goals and how to reprioritize your objectives when your present course seems outdated.
